ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed seeking a prayer for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.548 of 2022 in O.S.No.971 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

2. The plaintiffs have filed a suit for declaration that the made over details are null and void and for consequential relief. Pending the suit, the plaintiffs had filed I.A.No.548 of 2021 seeking the prayer for withdrawing the suit with liberty to file a fresh suit. The said application is kept pending from 29.11.2022 onwards. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek indulgence of this Court for expeditious disposal of the interlocutory application.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.548 of 2022 in O.S.No.971 of 2021 on or before 15.03.2023.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
