Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MOHANASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side), this court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi in Crime No.345 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police.

3. Perusal of the records would show that amendment was ordered by this Court in respect of the 3rd petitioner's name, as per the order in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12662 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21235 of 2016, dated 02.01.2017.

4. In view of the above order passed, 10 days time is granted to comply with the conditions, as ordered in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21235 of 2016, dated 15.11.2016, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
