PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed in Crl MP.No.1220 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kovilpatti in so far as produce the two sureties and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl MP.No.1220 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kovilpatti in so far as produce the two sureties and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.

2. This lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) along with two sureties each for like sum and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 09.00 a.m for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one month. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.No.1220 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Theni Town Police Station daily at 9.00 a.m for one month.
