RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.A.No.9/2016 dated 15/03/2017 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai by confirming the sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate NO.I, Sivagangai in STC.No.1/2010 dated 04/01/2016 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandian, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Kumaraguru, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.2 Lakhs on 16.06.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and also filed proof of deposit.

In view of the above, interim revision bail already granted on 06.06.2017 is made absolute.
