This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.163 of 2013. 2.This Court has a-+-lready disposed of the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 17.02.2020 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.163 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of four months to dispose of the said case.
