ORDER
This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree, dated 07.10.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.2083 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (IV Additional Sub Judge), Madurai.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that since the second respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal, notice to the second respondent may be dispensed with. The said memo is hereby recorded.
4. Post the matter on 28.04.2025.
