PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 07.02.2022. For Petitioner : M/s.Kalidoss G For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 07.02.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent against the respondents 3 and 4 on 07.02.2022 and the same is pending.

3. On perusal of the complaint it is seen that there exists money dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and it is pending for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3142 of 2022 4.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 07.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
