This petition is filed to quash STC.No.442 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was ended in acquittal on 19.09.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
