ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and her father and mother life, limb, based on the representation, dated 31.01.2023.

Admittedly, the petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, due to which, the respondents 4 to 6 are harassing the petitioner and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, she lodged the complaint.

4. It is evident from the records that there existed civil dispute between the parties.

5. Admittedly, there is no enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional civil Court and as such, granting of police protection does not arise at all.
