RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in M. P. (MD) No.1 of 2015 in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 20714 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.P.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:

"The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. a every Manday at 6.30p.m until further order sd/- 22/02/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
