2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019 for the offences under Sections 5(m) 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.6 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3. This Court had already dismissed the petitioner's bail petition by pointing out that he can renew his bail petition only if the examination of the victim is fully over. The stage is yet to be reached. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable at this stage.
