Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Moo.Mu.A1/6966/2021, dated 27.12.2021 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh application seeking for issuance of patta, once the civil suit in O.S.No.145 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar attained finality.

2. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking for issuance of patta in her name, once the aforesaid suit attained finality. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
