ORDER

I have heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and M/s.N.Juliet Latha, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner sought for issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct survey, demarcate and subdivide petitioner's property.

3. The said application has been made on 24.12.2024. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the said application.

4. Considering the limited prayer that has been sought for, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey, 2/4

based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2024, in accordance with law and after putting on notice to any other interested parties and after hearing their objections. If the respondents 1 and 2 require any protection from the police officials, they shall approach the third respondent police officials and seek for necessary assistance at the time of survey, which shall be provided by the third respondent, to ensure that survey is conducted peacefully.
