ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2015 made to the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.397 of 2015 has been registered.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
