Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order in the nature of writ directing the Respondents Nos 1 to 3 to complete the official proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.N.A3/4732/2019, dated 01.11.2019 related to violation of the mandatory conditions in free house plots issued by the Government in plots No 57, 58 and 59 in Survey No 87/2, Maiparai Village Thiruvenkdam Taluk, Thenkasi District, based on the petitioner`s representation 27.01.2020, consequently representation on 03.11.2020 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon`ble court. Cont P(MD)No.359 of 2022 delay because of the fact that Taluk has been bifurcated and the village in which the property situated is now been attached to Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District. It was originally part of Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they have taken proceedings and a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar Thiruvengadam Taluk, dated 17.03.2022 has been produced. 3.Having perused the same, we find that the bonafide attempts have been made to comply with the order in the writ petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
