ORDER
The limited prayer in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 14.05.2019 seeking an enhancement of compensation.
2. It is submitted that the matter is now referred by the first respondent to the second respondent, namely, Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), River Linking Project, Tirunelveli.
3. Considering the limited prayer, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated
14.05.2019 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
