ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.38 of 2013 dated 02.03.2013 on the file of the first respondent in respect of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the charge sheet has already been filed on 22.10.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant the
relief sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
