ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 11.10.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.24606 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In compliance with the orders of this Court, the first respondent has passed orders on 15.12.2023 adverse to the interest of the writ petitioner. Since the orders have been complied with, the present contempt petition stands closed.
