PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents herein to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the named accused against their life threat and criminal intimidation as per the complaint dated 30.01.2020 For Petitioner : Mr.C.Christopher For Respondents : Mr.S.Chandrasekar No.1 to 3 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents herein to give police protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the named accused against their life threat and criminal intimidation as per the complaint dated 30.01.2020

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.01.2020, enquiry has been initiated in C.No.31/NDIS.SDOPJM/2020 dated 04.02.2020 and if necessary suitable protection will be given.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
