The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.106 of 2015.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) sought three months time for filing final report.
4. This Court feels that the first respondent shall monitor the investigation and as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that they will file final report within three months, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
