ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the cases in No.23 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigating agency preferably to 3rd respondent for a free and fair investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.

4. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 17.04.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav 2/4
