COMMON ORDER The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21452 of 2014 is filed to quash the proceedings dated 13.11.2014 in M.C. (A2).No.524 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistratecum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai. The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21942 of 2014 is filed to quash the FIR No.615 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar West Police Station, Virudhunagar .

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has already been completed and the same was closed on 05.01.2015. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayers sought for in these petitions has become infructuous, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
