ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 to grant the police protection to restore the damaged fence over the Petitioner's patta land in S.No.1317/1M, at South Street, Subramaniaperi Village, Soundarapandiyapuram (Post), Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the FIR had been registered in Crime No. 203 of 2022 dated 03.12.2022. He would also submit that the Police are ready to give police protection as per the circular of the Director General of Police, Head 2/4

of State Police Force, Chennai-4, issued in Rc.No.193784/PAC-2/2017, dated 19.03.2019, if the Petitioner is ready to pay the charges, as per the said circular. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the Petitioner to pay the appropriate fee to the Respondent Police as per the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Chennai-4, issued in Rc.No.193784/PAC-2/2017, dated 19.03.2019. No costs.
