The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition directing the 2nd respondent to register FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2015 and proceed in accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.421 of 2015 has been registered.
