(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2. The appellants herein cleared TET in the year 2013. They sought appointment as Secondary Grade Teachers / B.T.Assistants without being called upon to participate in any competitive examination. The learned single Judge citing the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 10.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)Nos.26084 of 2023 etc. batch dismissed a similar writ petition. We had also endorsed the stand of the learned single Judge vide order dated 02.06.2025 in W.A.(MD)Nos.1310 and 1311 of 2025. We had also pointed out that 3/5
4 W.A.(MD)NO.1326 OF 2025 the writ petitioners are guilty of laches. In this case also, the writ petitioners have knocked the doors of the Court after a lapse of full ten years.
