The petitioner has filed this writ petition to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No.26030 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 and to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the future installments as per the loan agreement.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, has become infructuous.
