PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue the petitioner's son namely Udaiyappan aged about 32 years before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty and handed over to the petitioner. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's son namely, Udaiyappan.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint alleging that his son Udaiyappan, aged about 32 years was missing. 3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.38 of 2020, under 'man missing' and for the same, enquiry is pending. 4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to form a Special Team and complete the investigation within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
