RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit fixed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13485 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021 for the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/0 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHOKKUSAMY BALASUBRAMNAIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13485 of 2021, dated 01.10.2021. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2332 of 2023 from the date on which, the order is copy made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
