This petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent police, to register a case on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 26.09.2015.

2. The Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2015, an F.I.R. has already been registered in crime No.483 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., and Section 3 (1)(x) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989 on the file of the Sanarpatti Police Station.

3.Recording the submissions made by the Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. The respondent police is directed to act as expeditiously as possible on the first information report and this criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
