ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is a lawyer, made a complaint to the respondent inter alia alleging that encroachments have been made in the 3rd Street of Ezhil Nagar. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent has directed the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action, in and by proceedings dated 10.11.2020. The petitioner gave another representation on 25.01.2021 to the 4th respondent. As no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the prayer sought for, we direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the communication sent by the respondent No.2 in Na.Ka.No.2876/2020/Ve3, dated 10.11.2020, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
