This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.203 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3429 of 2022 3.It is seen that though the second respondent filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.203 of 2021 and the same has been forwarded under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, subsequently, the second respondent himself withdrawn his complaint before the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to file a report accordingly, before the III-Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
