ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the money dispute.

2. Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being harassed by the 2nd respondent police based on the complaint given by a financier, as the petitioner is not in a position to repay the borrowed amount of Rs.30,00,000/-, due to loss in the business.

3. Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint given by the defacto complainant/financiar, an enquiry was conducted the same has been closed on 01.11.2015 and there is no complaint against the petitioner, as on today and therefore, the question of harassment by the respondent police does not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

arise. 4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the complaint has already been closed and there is no complaint as on today against the petitioner and therefore, the question of harassment does not arise, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
