Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

"The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 6.30 pm until further orders. sd/- 22/02/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
