ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the pending civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 in respect of the landed property comprising in Vilpatty Village in Survey Nos.78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 87 of Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District and not to alter the physical features by putting fence. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are interfering towards depriving the petitioner of property while cases there regards are pending before the civil Court. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is repeatedly called by the respondent police.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that there is no harassment at all meted out to the petitioner by the respondent police.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

5.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that there is no such harassment, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed with the observation that the respondent police shall not unnecessarily require the presence of the petitioner before them.
