When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that for payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to the petitioner, a Government Order has been passed in G.O.(Pa)No.91, Medicine and Public Welfare (H) Department, dated 21.01.2026 and the amount will be credited to the petitioner's account within a period of two weeks from today.
