ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry based upon the third respondent complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the wife of the third respondent and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.28 of 2023 as 'Woman Missing' on 20.01.2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now working in Thirupur and she is present before this Court.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner to appear 2/4

before them and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and take suitable action in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
