O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 1st respondent to give instruction to the 2nd respondent for registering a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.469 of 2015 has been registered under Section 160 IPC.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that serious allegations have been levelled against the accused, but, the respondents Police have registered a case only under Section 160 IPC. 4.Since the complaint of the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.469 of 2015, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
