ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere into civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent and the third respondent is the mother of the fourth respondent and that the third respondent has sold her property to one Basazaria @ Rasathi and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner earlier, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.327 of 2022 on 17.04.2022 under the provisions of SC/ST (POA) Act and that investigation is pending. He would further submit that the petitioner has 2/4

given another complaint and the same is pending and as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner given by the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
