PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C.

PRAYER :- To modify the bail condition dated 12.06.2019 made in Crl.MP (MD)No.1470 of 2019 by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram with the condition the petitioner may appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition dated 12.06.2019 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.1470 of 2019 by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram with the condition the petitioner may appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. 2.This lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP.No.1470 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Chennai, daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Time is extended for two weeks to execute sureties. All the conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
