O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.250 of 2015, dated 09.06.2015 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated, as fixed by this Court.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ months' time for filing final report.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
