PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.72 of 2014, dated 23.07.2014 and to file the final report against all the accused in accordance with law within a stipulated period .

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.72 of 2014, dated 23.07.2014 and to file the final report against all the accused in accordance with law within a stipulated period 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought six months' time for filing final report.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
