J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16274 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21003 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16274 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21003 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2307 of 2023 petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
