ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and his family members based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and it was found that the petitioner is not residing in the petition mentioned address. Hence, no action has been taken by the respondents on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to give the correct address and also co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent Police is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
