O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to survey the land and fix the boundaries in S.No.61/1C2A situated at Ananiyur II Bit Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, to an extent of 12.50 ares, on the basis of his undated representation sent on 27.12.2023.

2. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's father already sold out the entire extent of land and there will not be any land left out.

4. In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after holding an enquiry, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the petitioner's father sold out all the properties, the petitioner cannot seek for any such survey and if he has any right over the property, he has to work out the remedy elsewhere.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
