This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.281 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions would submit that the investigation is over and final report has also been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri on 29.09.2018 and the matter is not taken on file sofar.

3.Considering the fact that the investigation is over and final report is also filed before the concerned Court, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. If at all the petitioner is having any grievance, he has to approach the concerned Court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with the

above observations. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
