PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the document viz., Original Sale Deed in Document No.1776/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Vilathikulam.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of the document viz., Original Sale Deed in Document No.1776/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Vilathikulam.

2. The petitioner submits that on 17.01.2022 he has lodged complaint stating that he lost his original sale deed on 12.12.2021 registered vide document No.1776 of 2008. Thereafter the second respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he lost the original sale deed on 12.12.2021, immediately on 19.12.2021 he made paper publication and only thereafter he lodged complaint.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner. Further the petitioner is also directed to produce all relevant documents to the second respondent insisted by them.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
