ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint and the same is pending for enquiry and that since there existed money dispute between the parties, instructions were already given to close the complaint.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
