This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to transfer the patta in the name of petitioner society i.e., Ammaiyarpatti Sengunthar Uravinmurai Sangam for the property, comprised in Natham old S.No.22, New S.No.358/32, Ammaiyarpatti Utkadai Village, Sevalpatti Village, Sevalpatti Post, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District to the extent of 5.07 cents (2214.5 Sq.ft) in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2023 as well as the letter of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.A2/2251/2022, dated 12.12.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 12.12.2023 seeking for transfer of patta. Since the same has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced written instructions of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.A2/2251/2022 dated 15.02.2024, in which it is recommended to the Sattur Revenue Divisional Officer that patta can be issued in the name of the petitioner.

In view of the above said submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2023, which was submitted for transfer of patta and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also based on the report of the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer, 3/6
after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
