ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.8 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

2. When the matter was posted for admission on 17.11.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was posted after two weeks. Thereafter, he has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 3-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice.

3.It clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
