M.POORNACHARI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 18.07.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.7208 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.457 of 2021.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
